These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and eeeph ("eeeph," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the eeeph online gaming platform available at eeeph.net, including all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on eeeph, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of eeeph following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an account on eeeph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed under applicable regulations.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of eeeph is legal in your location.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of eeeph, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from eeeph or any affiliated platform.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party in connection with your use of the Platform.

eeeph reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure.

Each player may hold only one (1) active account on eeeph. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent account closure.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update any details that change. eeeph shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorized it. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify eeeph support immediately via live chat.

eeeph reserves the right to refuse account registration or close any existing account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, money laundering, or any violation of these Terms.

All transactions on eeeph are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.

eeeph supports the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits are credited to your eeeph account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. eeeph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network congestion, or banking system outages.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. Standard GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same business day during operating hours (8:00 AM – 12:00 AM PHT).

eeeph reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests, including requesting source-of-funds documentation, where required by applicable anti-money laundering regulations. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending completion of such reviews.

All games available on the eeeph Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

eeeph uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology for all applicable games. Live dealer games are conducted using physical equipment (cards, wheels, dice) on camera in real time. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot titles are published within the game information panels.

eeeph reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical malfunction, software error, or human error has materially affected the outcome. In such cases, the affected wager amount will be returned to the player's account balance. eeeph's decision in such matters is final.

Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection when playing. eeeph is not liable for losses resulting from disconnections, latency, or device failures on the player's end.

eeeph may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time of the offer. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the specified validity period. Expired bonuses are forfeited.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• eeeph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in permanent account closure.
• eeeph reserves the right to determine whether a player qualifies for any promotion and to exclude players from specific offers at its discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the eeeph Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such discovery must be reported to eeeph support immediately.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing eeeph staff or other players through any communication channel.

All content on the eeeph Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of eeeph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, eeeph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

eeeph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your eeeph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

eeeph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

eeeph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

eeeph implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and eeeph cannot guarantee absolute data security.

You may close your eeeph account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (net of applicable bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

eeeph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms violation, eeeph may withhold account balances pending investigation.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

eeeph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
